Process description
I was selling a 3-bedroom apartment for a family in a good location. I found a Buyer on the second showing. My clients were very satisfied!
It took a lot of time to gather documents and get a bank reference for loan approval.
There was a delay with the mortgage agreement. The Buyer had a credit card at another bank. The lending bank deemed it a financial burden beyond the control of the mortgage bank. The Customer closed the credit card of the other bank and submitted a statement to the mortgage bank. This was done literally one day before the scheduled closing deal date.
During the paperwork, the front yard was landscaped and the sidewalk was renovated.
